I am the founder of Duck Creative Co. and I am so excited that you are here! Duck Creative Co. was founded in 2024 and while we may be new, we have been working in creative fields for a while.

A little about my experience:

I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2020 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, concentrating in photography, and a minor in journalism. Like many, my plans took an unexpected turn when COVID hit—I moved back to Mississippi to finish my degree online. After graduation, I found myself unsure of the next step, so I started bartending while I figured it out.

Eventually, I made a bold pivot and began working in state government, taking on roles across graphic design, video production, content creation, social media management, and tourism. While government work wasn’t my dream, it gave me invaluable experience. When an opportunity arose to join a local agency, I jumped at the chance. There, I worked as an account manager and content creation specialist, deepening my skills and creativity.

In November 2024, just before my wedding, I decided it was time to take the leap and start my own business—something I’d always dreamed of doing. The timing felt perfect, and I couldn’t be more excited about this next chapter.

Coffee runs through my veins, so if I’m missing, you’ll probably find me at the nearest coffee shop. Creativity is at the heart of everything I do—I love painting, drawing, embroidery, sewing, baking, and tackling DIY projects. Making things, exploring the world, and sharing stories are truly what I love to do.
